Become an Affiliate you must send a note with the subject line "Affiliate" and write a short one sentence stating you want to affiliate with the club. Or just put "Can we affiliate with your club?" Something along the lines of that.

Remember if you don't see your icon in this journal don't add this club. If we are to affiliate we should have equality so unless you see your club on here, don't put up ours until yours is.
